Turas Columbanus (in Gaelic language Columban Way) is the path followed by Columbanus starting from the place of birth (the Leinster region) at the great monastery of Bangor, which he left, with 12 monks, around 590 at the age of 50 to reach the European continent, of which he is one of the Founding Fathers according to Robert Schuman and as he was called by Benedict XVI

The route crosses the hinterland of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for about 640 km in 32 stages of 25 km on average per day.
