OFFICE OF PRESIDENT

The President and Vice-President are elected by the Assembly with the favourable vote of the majority of the members with voting rights present. They hold office for three years, as long as the Coordination Committee, and cease to hold office due to expiry of their term of office, voluntary resignation or revocation decided by the Assembly with the majority of those present.At least one month before the expiry of the term of office, the President convenes the Assembly for the election of officers

IL PRESIDENTE The President legally represents the Association before third parties and in court, with the power, in particular, to open, close and operate bank and postal current accounts. The President executes the resolutions of the Coordination Committee and exercises the powers delegated to him by the Committee in general or from time to time, with the power to appoint attorneys for individual acts or categories of acts. He is the guarantor of the achievement of the purposes and compliance with the Statute, convenes and chairs the meetings of the Assembly and the Coordination Committee and implements, also through the collaboration of his delegates, the management guidelines of the Assembly and the Coordination Committee.

THE VICE-PRESIDENT The Vice-President assists the President and replaces him in the event of absence or impediment.

THE GENERAL SECRETARY
The Secretary General is appointed by the Coordination Committee on the proposal of the President.
The Secretary General collaborates with the President and the Coordination Committee in carrying out the executive activities that are necessary or appropriate for the functioning of the Association’s administration as well as for the coordination, development and promotion of the Association’s projects, attends the meetings of the corporate bodies (Assembly and Coordination Committee) and records their decisions.
The Secretary is also responsible for updating and maintaining the Register of Members, the Book of Minutes of General Meetings, and the Book of Minutes of the Coordination Committee.
The Secretary holds office for three years, as long as the Coordination Committee.
